Meet the team

Dr. Carlos A. Silva, M.D.

He was both Resident of the Year and Chief Resident at that institution. Ines Ortiz, Office Manager

Born and raised in Colombia so salsa dancing is my biggest and probably only talent. I have been working with Dr. Silva since 2005. I’m the office manager and hiding in the back. So if you need me, one of our wonderful staff can get me any time or you can call me. I’m always available for any patient needs.

In 1993 I Graduated from Law school in Andes University, Bogota, Colombia. Later on, while I worked as a corporate lawyer in media organizations   I Specialized in Telecommunications law at the Pontificia Javeriana University, also in Bogota.  In 1996, I moved to Chicago with my husband where our daughter Daniela was born a year later.  While taking care of my new born I pursued a Master’s degree in business administration at Loyola -Chicago.

I love to travel and spend time with family and friends. I play tennis and exercise as much as I can.   When I’m not outdoors playing tennis or working you will find me chatting, or trying to get a hold of my daughter in facetime, who at the time lives and studies at USC in Los Angeles.

And our great staff!
